We are looking to hire an experienced key account manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key Partners. The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that our partners are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities. You should also be able to develop relationships with potential customers and be able to analyze data and sales statistics to improve business strategies.

We have recently developed with our partner a new indirect sales channel which has to be manage in order to achieve it growth expectations. Our strategy is to target those companies to propose them our extensive range of Product & Services portfolio. Part of those traditional companies prefer ownership of trailer equipment and to develop it we have also launch our new Finance Lease product, in close collaboration with another partner. The Finance Lease product can be enhanced with our broad offering of value-added services like maintenance and telematics.

In the role of Key account Manager, you are responsible for managing the Indirect Chanel and the Finance lease program with our Partner and find more & win more customer opportunities with our local Sales Teams. You provide guidance and support to our local and partner Sales Teams, from opportunity identification to closing of the contract.

Your tasks & responsibilities include:

  • Maintain & strengthen the relationship with our strategic partner

  • Create & implement the Go-To-Market strategy, including segment strategy approach

  • Addressing and resolving key customer complaints.

  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

  • In close collaboration with the local Sales Teams, create value propositions to win more opportunities, including selling & structuring support

  • Consulting customers to identify their specific financing requirements and to structure tailored solutions, addressing their needs

  • Develop business plans by understanding customer needs and requirements, preparing customized solutions and managing the execution of these plans

  • Manage a complex set of stakeholders with different interests

  • Part of the Spanish management team

  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

For this position you have:

  • Bachelor or University degree in e.g., business economics

  • At least 5 years of sales/account management experience in equipment financing and/or road transport

  • Strong sales drive, sales starter, with strong emphasis on target accomplishment

  • Development and execution of commercial strategy ​

  • Sound understanding of different financial products and related legal implications ​

  • Excellent in communication, presentation and influencing

  • Able to work effectively in complex, cross-functional matrix environment

  • Results driven and strong team player

  • Good understanding of Sales & Marketing processes

  • Fluent in Spanish & English

  • Indisputable integrity
