Learning & Development Intern



You will be part of the Learning and Development Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the creation, review, and rollout of online courses, automation of e-learning processes, and administration of the online learning platform.
  • Assist in designing graphics, media, and interactions in order to develop engaging multimedia e-learning modules.
  • Have the chance of working with multiple key stakeholders within the organization regarding the company’s learning requirements.
  • Learn how to manage timelines and provide assistance in project management (plan, track, execute).
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of classroom trainings.
  • Assist in HR-related projects, such as Talent & Development projects, wellbeing initiatives, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Registration and maintenance of our online database.

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, especially PowerPoint & Excel

Previous experience with Workday, or online content creation tools is preferred

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete projects under deadlines

English is required


Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree


6 months (up to 1 year)
